Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026Important Account Risk Disclosure
Autosend.id operates by executing loops based on user-provided credential sessions. Automating selfbot accounts is a direct violation of third-party platforms' Terms of Service (such as Discord Selfbots, Telegram Userbots, or WhatsApp Web automation API limits). By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge that any risk of account bans, timeouts, or access restrictions is borne entirely by you. We hold no liability for enforcement actions taken by external networks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, connecting your messaging channels, or utilizing the Autosend.id platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, please immediately cease using our platform.
2. Service Scope
Autosend.id is a SaaS scheduling and omnichannel autosending routing engine. We route message payloads to external communication channels (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp) according to loop intervals defined in your dashboard. Because third-party platform interfaces change frequently, we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express guarantees.
3. Account Links & Security
To deliver messages, you must link authentication keys or credential sessions. All sensitive keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored only in temporary memory during loop dispatches. You are responsible for safeguarding your Autosend.id account credentials and session logins.
4. Strict Code of Conduct
You agree not to exploit Autosend.id to:
- Distribute harmful, illegal, threatening, or phishing links.
- Violate state or local telecommunications regulations.
- Disseminate severe malware or exploit systems.
5. Billing & Refunds
Purchases of subscription packages on Autosend.id are final and non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances where a permanent system bug prevents delivery of service, we will evaluate compensation packages or billing adjustment refunds on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Autosend.id respects copyright ownership. We operate strictly as a data routing and delivery intermediary under DMCA safe harbor guidelines. Since message payloads are hosted on external chat servers (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp) rather than public web addresses hosted by Autosend.id, all copyright infringement takedown notices should be submitted directly to the hosting platforms. For complaints concerning assets on our site (such as profile details or saved loop templates), please report infringements directly to our support channel.
