How to Use Autosend.id

A complete guide in plain English. Follow along step by step — from creating your account to running automated message schedules.

Three-step workflow for using Autosend

1. Getting Started

Autosend sends messages automatically to WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord groups or channels — without you needing to stay online. Just connect your account, write a message, and set the schedule. The system handles the rest.

1

Create an account

Go to autosend.id, click Get Started, then enter your email & password. It's free — no credit card required.
2

Try the Trial plan

After signing in, you can start right away. The Trial plan (Rp3,000) is enough to send your first message. Plans are explained in detail in the Subscription section.

2. Connect Your Accounts

To send messages, Autosend needs access to your account. This is done from the Accounts menu (left sidebar) — click Connect Account.

1

Pick a platform

WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord. They all work the same way: the system shows you a QR code or a pairing code.
2

Scan the QR code on your phone

  • WhatsApp → open WhatsApp > Linked Devices > scan the QR code (just like WhatsApp Web).
  • Telegram → enter your number, receive an OTP code, then enter it.
  • Discord → scan the QR code in the Discord app, or use the bookmarklet button.
3

Done — account connected

Once the status changes to Active, your account is ready to use. The number of accounts is limited by your plan (see the Subscription section).
One connected account = one slot. Slots can be filled with any mix of platforms, up to your plan's limit.

3. Create Schedules

A schedule is an automated sending task. Open the Schedules menu → click New Schedule.

1

Pick an account & destination

Choose which account to use, then select the target group or channel.
2

Write your message

Write the message you want to send. You can also use Spintax to make each delivery slightly different — for example: {Hello|Hi|Good morning} everyone! The system picks a word at random.
3

Set the frequency

Choose how often to send: every few minutes, hours, or days. There's also a working-hours option (e.g. only send between 08:00–22:00).
4

Save & it runs

Once saved, the schedule goes live immediately. Messages are sent automatically on your chosen interval.

4. Subscription & Payment

Your plan determines how long it stays active and how many accounts you can use. Everything is managed from the Billing menu.

Subscription flow and what each plan includes
1

Browse the plans

On the Billingpage there's a table with all plans and prices. Pick the one that fits you.
2

Click Purchase

Click Purchase on your chosen plan. The system creates an invoice and a QR code.
3

Pay with QRIS

Scan the QR code with any bank or e-wallet app (GoPay, OVO, DANA, m-Banking, etc.). QRIS accepts them all.
4

Instantly active

Once payment succeeds, your plan status changes to Active automatically — usually within seconds. No manual confirmation needed.
The +1 Account add-on can be purchased while your main plan is still active. It adds one account slot and extends your active period.

5. Monitor & Settings

Logs — review your sending history

Every message sent (success or failed) is recorded in the Logsmenu. If something fails, you'll see it here along with the reason.

Settings — change password & Discord

In the Settings menu you can change your password and link your Discord account (to monitor logs from a Discord server).

Earn — get paid from your accounts (coming soon)

A feature to rent out your accounts to other users and get paid per message. Still in development.

6. Troubleshooting

Running into trouble? Open the Support menu → click Create Ticket. Write a short subject, describe the issue, and tell us how to reach you (WhatsApp/Telegram). Our team will reply through that contact.
